Lloyd William Tate, Jr. had a very positive experience buying a 2003 Ford F 150 4x4. The people there are a great team and that certainly includes the receptionist who goes above and beyond her job descri buying a 2003 Ford F 150 4x4. The people there are a great team and that certainly includes the receptionist who goes above and beyond her job description to make sure the customer gets helped—yes, I did say the receptionist. She is humble and professional and does such a good job that you hardly even know it. Marco was my main sales guy and he blood of personal service. He walked me from Gladstone to Portland looking for the maroon Ford F-150 but it was no where to be found—it was surely sold. I left and went home. Not wanting to give up, I called the dealership from to inquire just in case. Not remembering Marcos name, I was connected to Eric. His checking showed the truck was still there somewhere and I told him I was interested I driving it and would be back with my wife. I spoke to Eric upon returning to the dealership and discovered the truck had been in the process of being detailed and when Eric produced the truck it was quite evident that had been detailed. Every where you looked, this 2003 Ford F-150 was neatly appointed, clean, crisp, and sparkling. After test driving, Eric reintroduced me to Marco. Marco helped me as we worked to close the deal. The dealership team worked hard to iron out the details. I don’t remember all the names but they were manning their positions like a well oiled team. A deal was achieved, however, my funds needed to be wired into my personal bank account and they would not arrive as good funds for two days. The next day, Marco called to tell me that things could be worked out pending my receipt of funds. I explained that I was without a car. Marco said no problem! He would drive from Gladstone to Beaverton, pick me up, and return with me to the dealership. And that did happen, great customer service! Thank you Marco. And now it was time for me to meet Vic Meese. Mr. Meese helped Lloyd Tate and Toyota of Gladstone step over the hurdles that would protect both Lloyd Tate and the dealership and enable me to drive my Ford F-150 home. Mr. Meese was professional, caring, and courteous. Thank you Mr. Meese. As I got ready to leave the dealership for my home in Beaverton, Marco told me he would be contacting me to follow up during the next day or so (this would be very important).on my way home during drive and then as I worked my way through residential traffic, I became concerned that the driver side side view mirror did not work correctly and the brakes were soft. The next day I spoke with Marco and told him about the issues. No problem said Marco, bring it in and ask for so-and-so. I wrote the name down but misplaced it. The next day upon arriving at the dealership and not being able to locate the the name Marco told me to contact, I spoke to your receptionist, explained that I had lost the contact name. Well, she said, you want to talk with Dave Ruppert our Service Manager. Mr. Ruppert took charge of my concerns in the midst of a VERY busy day for his service department and worked out the details! Yup! The side view mirror needed a new switch and there brakes needed new calipers. And when Mr. Ruppert gave me the keys to my Ford F-150 truck, he complimented me and said, “You have a nice truck.” Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable. I have since learned that my son and daughter -in-law, Randy and Krista Tate, purchased a Toyota Highlander SUV from Toyota of Gladstone about 1 1/2 years ago. Their experience was less than favorable. More

Bought a Certified USed RAV4 here. We had a great experience due entirely to the staff. Common sense Covid measures inside the offices were appreciated. We've had the car almost a month and it's still driving great. Aaron, Marco and Dolf were all great to work with. Marco really went above and beyond, going over the already detailed car one last time and making sure everything was as close to factory as you can in a used vehicle. Aaron was a great and knowledgeable sales guy. It was like buying a car from my cousin. He considered the financing we walked in with and provided us with a much better option. Dolf got us through the financing portion of the day as painlessly as possible, which is quite a feat. More

I recently had a very positive experience buying my 2020 Prius Prime from Gladstone Toyota. It began while perusing their website to see if they had the car that I wanted on their lot. The little pop-up chat window opened up and I had the privilege of getting to have a conversation with one of their salesmen, Marco. He’s a personable young guy who seems to truly understand how to relate to potential car-buying customers! It was with that brief online conversation that led to a test drive, and more conversation with Marco in person. The specific car that I wanted was not on the lot, but he managed to have it there for me the next day, and I drove it home that afternoon. I’ve been through the car buying process a number of times in the past many years, and it’s always refreshing to be treated respectfully, professionally and honestly. This turned out to probably be one of the easiest and most positive experiences that I’ve had at a car dealership…mainly because of a salesman named Marco! If you find yourself at Gladstone Toyota, you might want to specifically ask for this guy by name! Thanks, Toyota for a great car, my Prius Prime…and thanks for allowing me to work with Marco. More
