He listened to my concerns and—displaying excellent professionalism—ensured the repairs were completely covered at no cost, given how recently I had bought the car.The service department addressed the problem immediately. Even better, while my vehicle was being worked on, Shawn personally coordinated with the rental department to provide me with a loaner car to drive.I am incredibly pleased with the entire sales and service team at Baker Nissan. They delivered exceptional customer service from start to finish. I will absolutely recommend this dealership for both vehicle purchases and auto maintenance!
