I will NOT ever be returning to Baker Nissan the lady service advisor who was helping me very rudely told me that they couldn’t rotate my tires when my truck was in their getting a oil change cause one o service advisor who was helping me very rudely told me that they couldn’t rotate my tires when my truck was in their getting a oil change cause one of the lug nut was striped and they couldn’t get it off now the only problem is that Baker is the only ones that have touched those wheels on my last oil change. In the month apart I took 2 vehicle in for service . I had received 4 solicitation from the dealer for a trade in of my vehicle. The first time I asked Casey to removed me from the list , I clearly told I had received 4 solicitation from the dealer for a trade in of my vehicle. The first time I asked Casey to removed me from the list , I clearly told him I’m not ready to trade in neither of our vehicles. The second time I brought my car in again, I received a text/call again and I asked him to removed me from the list. The same day I received a text from Lori? Sales manager and Today from a Jason new car director. What do I need to do to let you know that I’m not interested in trading our vehicles in. I AM ASKING KINDLY TO REMOVE ME FROM YOUR CALLING AND TEXTING LIST PLEASE………….. if you guys can’t respect my request I will be taking both our Nissan vehicle to another dealer for services. More
