I purchased a truck under the 3 day no questions asked exchange guarantee policy. I decided I wanted to exchange the vehicle and requested a call from a a manager. They had the sales agent call me instead exchange guarantee policy. I decided I wanted to exchange the vehicle and requested a call from a a manager. They had the sales agent call me instead. When I tried to exchange the vehicle within the 3 days, the manager Marco questioned why I wanted to exchange the vehicle and then flatout refused to consider an exchange. Either the policy is a scam or the policy doesn't apply to Black women. Be aware of their false advertising. More
