SALES - We just recently purchased a new vehicle from Stamford Ford Lincoln. By far the smoothest and most comfortable new car purchase I've ever been a part of. We never felt pressured and they do much more then just sell you a car. Dominic and Marco spent the time with us to make sure we were picking the right vehicle and correct payment approach for our needs. If the numbers don't work or I don't like the person who is helping me at the dealership, I leave, never go back and tell all of my friends & family to not use that dealership. Now for my recent experience at Stamford Ford: I recently traded in a lease and was on the fence about what to get next so I began researching things online. I had questions but was not able to get to the dealership and reached out to the consultant who helped me a couple of years ago - Marco Salazar. Marco listened to what I wanted vs needed, answered my questions and most important – gave me options based on my wants/needs/budget. After a few emails and a couple of calls, I made my choice and drove home in my new Explorer XLT. Most of my friends think I am crazy for closing a deal on a new car over phone & email w/o test driving it or at least sitting in it. I tell them they have clearly not found a dealership who they trust and suggest they visit Stamford Ford and talk to Marco! More
