Very unhappy, because when the person call me to explain what my car need he said that everything that explain to me, my car need it,n that was not true,my did need oil transmission, spark plugs explain what my car need he said that everything that explain to me, my car need it,n that was not true,my did need oil transmission, spark plugs, all the fluids chance, my car did need it,m he said, my car got oil transmission last year same with the spark plugs, don't like the dishonesty, with the mecanical work I'm happy, but with the extra work performed in my car ,no there's no need to pay what my car don't need,that's the reason why many people don't trusted dealers to fix their car, if I ever coming back with you to the dealer ,never ,same with my family n friends, specially because we always pay cash... I’ve had mostly good experiences with the service department. My last trip was excellent and Marcos Estrada is extremely helpful and friendly. The sales department was a different story. I will start out looking at a car that is 16,000 and by the time I purchase, I owe $26,000. I have excellent credit and always include a down payment. I can’t tell what charges are optional, and they are not willing to tell you presumably because the higher the sale, the better the commission is.They can see me coming and I must look like a dumb woman because they get me every time. Extended warranties, service packages, tons of fees that don’t make sense to me. Give me a reason to want to purchase my fifth vehicle from you. Tell your salesman to spend less time kissing xxx and more time helping customers purchase what they need and not what the salesman wants to see on his paycheck. More
