When other places had 3 weeks waiting list, Raceway gave me next day appointment for oil change. I was in and out in an hour. Definitely will be back. On December 29th I took my car in with an appointment at 8:30am to have an oil change and a tire rotation. They did the oil change, but did not do the tire rotation despite me asking for one. They led me to 8:30am to have an oil change and a tire rotation. They did the oil change, but did not do the tire rotation despite me asking for one. They led me to believe that the tire rotation was completed. When I brought it up to Marco Estrada’s attention he had the car taken back to the technician. I paid for this service with my maintenance plan, but I feel that I was ripped off because the job didn’t get done. Because of their carelessness I was there from 8am - 11:30am. More

Oil change took way too long to complete when I was the first one there. 1.5 hours after the promised time and continually asking where my car was before it was complete. Ambrose and Marcos had to assist m first one there. 1.5 hours after the promised time and continually asking where my car was before it was complete. Ambrose and Marcos had to assist me as all I kept getting from my service advisor was it is in the wash for over 30 minutes. Other issues were also noticed and emailed to Steve Castaneda and the owner. It has been two days and no response from that email. I would like to know those issues were addressed before needing to submit those issues to the state. More
