I’ve been coming to Raceway Nissan for a few years now and I’m so glad that when I bought a used Nissan I decided to come here to service it. The staff has always been very friendly, transparent about the and I’m so glad that when I bought a used Nissan I decided to come here to service it. The staff has always been very friendly, transparent about the needs of my car and I’m always getting discounts sent to me in the mail. I wasn’t necessarily planning to buy a Nissan when I purchased my current car, but the next time I buy a car it probably will be a Nissan just because I don’t want to take my cars to get serviced anywhere else! More

The service was great , The Service Writer Marcos took care of all our needs, One problem I had was the car was supposed to be ready on Saturday which I didn’t get a phone call saying that it was ready or care of all our needs, One problem I had was the car was supposed to be ready on Saturday which I didn’t get a phone call saying that it was ready or not. So I picked it up Monday. That’s the only problem I had . Other than that I was pretty much satisfying.. What I did notice that if your service writers wasn’t there the other really didn’t won’t to deal with you.. I spent over $7500 in the last 2 months So I expected a little more Courtesy .. But I understand your service Writers work off Commission.. More

I was very pleased with your services. The kindness, work ethics, hard work and great customer service my family and I were shown. I am a single mother with two young kids, one is in remission for cancer. So ethics, hard work and great customer service my family and I were shown. I am a single mother with two young kids, one is in remission for cancer. So when my car broke down I was devastated, especially wondering how I was going to go the store and most importantly the Drs. Office for my son's appointments. Marcos stepped up right away, and went beyond to make sure we got a rental as well as my car maintenance was taken care of. Thank you for the whole Nissan team, who put us back in a safe reliable vehicle. More
