He wasn't pushy, dishonest, or just trying to make a sale. He went out of his way to show us all the features of the vehicle, explain how everything on the car worked, and even setup the SOS and bluetooth for us. We were extremely happy and extremely satisfied with the service we received and would recommend Marcus, and Family Toyota of Burleson to any and all of our friends and family. We love the Toyota Highlander we got and are very happy! Thank you for everything you did for us, Marcus! We love you! Leith in the finance department was also just as incredible. He as well was very professional, kind, personable, and went above and beyond for us. He did everything he could to ensure we got the coverage we needed, made our payments as low as possible, and ensured we got the best interest rate possible. He also has an amazing sense of humor and had us laughing the whole time. Which is vital considering the circumstances and the stress the goes along with buying a new car that you're financing. The overall service and experience from Family Toyota overall has been above average. After signing with the finance department it was going smooth. At that time I was told car would be ready the next da overall has been above average. After signing with the finance department it was going smooth. At that time I was told car would be ready the next day. That Saturday we text back and forth and I waited and waited. That late evening is when I was finally told it wouldn't be ready for one reason or another. So, there was that, the miscommunication between the salesmen and myself when vehicle would be ready. A couple more days of going back and forth,I then explained to Marcus and David in detail the frustration I was feeling and why. Four days later I picked up my Rav 4. Knowing the situation two did offer me a couple of perks to compensate my time and I do appreciate that. Marcus obviously a people person is a good one to have on your team, David is too. I work in sales myself and one of the most valuable lessons I have learned overall is that you promise only what you can guarantee and that then will eliminate any non-doable expectations /disappointments.
