As I was coming from out of town to buy a vehicle, with a weeks notice and amended my schedule, with their encouragement, so they could could credit by the end of the month. The vehicle was waiting, much of the paperwork that could be performed in advanced was completed. The one issue that arose when attempting to create an on-call account, there was problem relating to the car not existing in the system (Volvo). I believe it was out of respect that I was sent on my way as I was returning to my home state that day. However, I was told the dealership was too busy to address the issue and to simply find a dealership in my area to address the problem. It would have been nice if this could have been performed in advance, or the dealership as a courtesy could have reached out to my local dealership to advise of the issue. More
