Charles Erickson was great at keeping us up to date with where our new XC40 was in the production process. He also took the time to explain all the technology of the car to us and said to come back should I have any new questions that came up. Joe Isbell was also critical to our buying experience. I truly am thrilled so far with my purchase and look forward to getting to know the people in the service department, as I have heard very good things about them from my daughter-in-law. More

It took almost four months to get it here, yet Mike Percival, whom I had previously bought another custom order car from, kept me informed as the weeks went by. I appreciated that. Mike is knowledgeable, intelligent and works to achieve a great outcome for both the customer and the dealership. Mike is who I have worked the most with, but the entire team is truly top notch. It’s a very positive and collective purchasing experience. More
