There were only 2 and one was at Gorges Volvo in Omaha -- over 1,000 miles away. We contacted Gorges by email and received an almost immediate response, followed up by a phone call with Heidi who volunteered to take videos of the vehicle both inside and out with comments on any visible flaws since we couldn't see it in person. After receiving the videos and speaking with Heidi, we made arrangements to purchase the vehicle and travel to Omaha. Everything was so simple, including being picked up at the airport, doing our test drive and driving away with the vehicle in a VERY short amount of time. Thanks to Heidi and to Marcus for making the purchase seamless, simple and extremely enjoyable. They both went above and beyond to deliver everything we needed. I would definite recommend Gorges to anyone wanting to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle. Thanks! More

When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Heidi Fountain who guided us through the process of looking at and test driving the vehicle. Gorges has purchased the car at auction but had fully inspected it and were in the process of doing the work necessary to put the car in great condition for sale. We decided that day to purchase and Heidi was great to work with. When we picked up the car a few days later Heidi and Marcus Gorges were again great to work with as we completed paperwork, paid for the vehicle, and drove it home. More

Smooth This was the smoothest process I have experienced while purchasing a vehicle. While negotiating a price, Mr. Gorges came out to the salesmans desk and the negotiation took about 2 minutes. None of this write an offer and then wait 15 minutes for a counter offer that might take an hour or more to reach a deal. I really appreciated that. We also had been preapproved through our local credit union for the loan and their financial office was able to beat that rate through their network of lenders. Overall we were very happy with the purchase and will go there again More

In December of last year we stopped in for an oil change and I told Mike that if he ever received a V70 in stock, to please call me immediately. I knew the V70 was rare; I had spent a lot of time in 2017 scouring 500 miles outside of Omaha area for one without 200,000 miles with absolutely zero success. I had given Mike a budget, miles, and color options and went back to searching online. Last week Mike called me with news. He had gotten one in on trade. It was cheaper, had fewer miles, and was in better condition than anything I had found on the internet between Denver and Chicago. He could have quoted a higher price knowing I really wanted one. He could have sold it for more to someone else. But he didn’t. He called me immediately and tonight I drove home my new car. It’s almost too easy to buy a car from Mike and Gorges Volvo. More

Great Experience with Gorges Volvo I had been in the market to pick up a FJ Cruiser for some time, when I came across the one at Gorges Volvo. When I stopped by to take it for a test dr I had been in the market to pick up a FJ Cruiser for some time, when I came across the one at Gorges Volvo. When I stopped by to take it for a test drive, I met Mike Percival. MIke was was very friendly and answered all my questions. At no point did I feel like he was trying to pressure me to make a decision. In fact, it took me almost 3 weeks to make decision; I was lucky the car hadn't sold yet. When I had pretty much decided I wanted it, I was traveling for work so my wife went after work one evening to provide her final approval. While Mike was busy with another customer, he had her speak with Charles Erickson. Her impression of him was same I had of MIke, friendly, responsive, and no pressure. Once I was back in town, MIke and I began to work through a painless process. I had already done my research and the price was already good. We worked through getting a different set of tires put on it that really made this FJ stand out. After that I met with Marcus Gorges to finalize the paperwork. I met with an actual family member of the dealership; if that doesn't scream local I don't know what does. I got to hear about their commitment to service and unlike other place I've been where it felt like lip service, I really felt it. They provided a dealership warranty on a used car for a brand that don't sell. How often does that happen? I truly enjoyed and appreciated my experience at Gorges Volvo, will be taking my car there to have it serviced, and hands down would recommend this dealership to a friend More
