I overall felt undervalued. The car I test drove has none of the features in the car I purchased. None of that was communicated. Everything went good except when we got the car home noticed the radio had issues so we called they said bring it back and they would look at it. Gave us a loner car for the day, called said well it’s a noticed the radio had issues so we called they said bring it back and they would look at it. Gave us a loner car for the day, called said well it’s a ford so we cant do anything about it. I need to take it to a ford dealer. I don’t understand why it wasn’t taken to ford dealer right next door to where we bought the car. So I guess I’ll have to deal with it. It was my understanding it Car with a 30 day warranty. So now I own a car that the radio is all screwed up. Thanks More
