I am very satisfied with the service I've received from Subaru of Grapevines service department as a whole. Johnny and the technicians that fixed my car have been great, very easy to work with and always m Subaru of Grapevines service department as a whole. Johnny and the technicians that fixed my car have been great, very easy to work with and always make sure to take great care of me and my 2015 Outback. This repair was a very difficult one to diagnose and took a lot of brainstorming but the service team at Subaru of Grapevine was great and communication from Johnny to me was absolutely superb. I look forward to a Subaru survey as I have PERFECT ratings across the board. More

They were great to me and extremely kind and helpful. My car is great and I love my Five Star Subaru in Grapevine. I have had two Subarus and I bought the first one in Dallas and they lied to me so when Fiv car is great and I love my Five Star Subaru in Grapevine. Five Star Subaru in Grapevine routinely knocks it out of the park whenever I go for service there. I bought my current vehicle there and plan to but the next one there, too (although not this year). I’m ret the park whenever I go for service there. I bought my current vehicle there and plan to but the next one there, too (although not this year). I’m retired. When I worked and had a much larger income, I drove Audi A6’s. One thing I like was how their dealerships were run. My Subaru may be less expensive but thought wouldn’t know that based on the dealership experience. If you want safety, all-wheel drive on regular gas, good mileage and a great dealer experience, I recommend Five Star Subaru of Grapevine! More
