We were at Ramey Ford for a purchase of items with Chase in parts and service with Kathy, then the lady (didn’t get her name) who rang us up with sales cost after service. All 3 of these were exceptional in providing help and meeting our needs with friendliness. We looked out on the lot while there, because in the future we were interested in a truck. To our surprise with the exceptional assistance of Salesman Marcus Pruitt and his Sales Manager Rick Cole along with Finance Manager Stephen we purchased a truck that day.
