The finance guy, Marcus, worked very hard to sell me an extended warranty and got rude and pushy when I kindly declined the offer for the fourth time and he said "You're the first person I've known that works in the automotive industry to not purchase an extended warranty." I understand that's how he makes a living, but there's no need to treat anyone (especially a woman) like that to score a paycheck. Overall though, Matt and Oliver made the experience a good one! Go see them for your next vehicle purchase! More
