I have been buying cars for 30 years and this has been, by far, the best process and value to date. But what made it so special was the people. Mark Riff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. As an active duty military service member, I had just redeployed from overseas and needed a car. Mark sent me videos, additional pictures, pricing, and ensured that everything was just as he said. It is this type of integrity and honesty that I expect when making a substantial investment and Mark exceeded all my expectations. Having only been in Tampa for two days, he even volunteered and returned my rental car for me so I could drive home in my new car. That type of customer service is unheard of these days and I am both grateful and humbled by him going that extra mile (actually 60 miles) to help me when I didn't know a sole in this town.
