But I began to realize that everything I liked in the other model was included in the Q7, so instead of running up the road, I stayed and worked out a good deal with Max. I got everything I wanted in my new purchase, plus a very favorable offer on my current vehicle. I appreciated his laid back, personable, and unpressured approach throughout the whole experience. I couldn't be happier with my new Audi. More

Once I started test driving, Walter gave me so much helpful information about the cars. His enthusiasm is catchy! Again, he did not pressure me to make a decision and that gave me time to contemplate and ask friends for their input. Once the decision was made, he walked me through every step of the process with kind reassurance (very helpful as this was the first time I purchased a car on my own). He was patient when I brought a friend who asked the technical questions about horse power, torque, etc. I hope he doesn’t plan to retire anytime soon because I will buy an Audi only from Walter. He made it a pleasant experience. More

Great personal car buying experience I live in Raleigh and was looking for a certain used car and found one at Audi Charlotte. I talked to Jeisson and discovered that he had the same car I live in Raleigh and was looking for a certain used car and found one at Audi Charlotte. I talked to Jeisson and discovered that he had the same car and he could answer my questions with personal knowledge. He sent me extra pictures and answered my many questions. When I decided to go to Charlotte, he was there early that Sunday morning and had washed the car! I spent a while inspecting the car and took a test drive. He also pulled his car next to my (future) car so we could compare details. He could see that I still wanted some more details and took the car to service and asked to put the car up on a lift for me. The service technician also spent some time under the car with us and answered questions. After I decided to purchase, Jeisson, on his own, asked the detail guy to go over the car again. Tobias also spent some time with us to ensure we were taken care of. Since then Jeisson has followed up and answered additional questions for me. Marcus in the business office also made it an easy experience. If its time for a new/used car, I would recommend Audi of Charlotte. Ask for Jeisson! More
