I was very pleased with this dealership and especially with my salesman, Marcus Terry. I had been told (thru the rumor mill) that Subaru dealers don't deal, they sell you the MSRP! Not true with Peltier with my salesman, Marcus Terry. I had been told (thru the rumor mill) that Subaru dealers don't deal, they sell you the MSRP! Not true with Peltier. They gave me a very fair price for my trade-in and then almost met my OTD bid. The only mis-step was that while I was dealing for a cross trek that I had test driven, about 3 hours into the negotiations, they told me that the other customers had purchased that vehicle. That info came from the sales manager Keyon (?) who then offered me the Legacy on the show room floor (that had a higher MSRP than the Crosstrek) for the same price I had agreed to for the Crosstrek. A very fair recovery. I'm elated and would highly recommend this dealership. More

I recently traded my 2020 Toyota Corolla for a “Certified Pre-Owned” 2020 Subaru WRX. My sales rep, Marcus, was friendly and accommodating and Matt in finance helped make the process as smooth as possible. Beyond these positive words, my experience with Peltier Subaru has been frustrating and a complete disappointment. I drove 2 hours to test drive and purchase this vehicle. Upon test driving the car, I noticed the low tire pressure light was on. I made mention of this and was told by Marcus it was just because of the recent change in weather and that the TPMS gauges are very touchy on Subarus. I test drove the car not exceeding 55 mph. All seemed fine. I made mention of the TPMS light a few more times to Marcus and it was chalked up to weather each time. No effort was made to take the vehicle back and double check this concern, which I should have insisted on since I had a 2-hour drive home. With the exception of the TPMS light, everything seemed fine upon leaving. I started noticing vibration in the steering wheel upon reaching speeds of 65+ mph. I attributed it to the low tire after being reassured again and again that it was just due to the dip in temperature. When I arrived home around midnight, I was sure to look at the tires, which all appeared to be fine. The next morning the tire was visibly lower than the rest. With this being the first time I could inspect the tires in the daylight, I noticed multiple 1.5-2 inch pieces of rubber missing from the side wall on two tires. I reached out and notified Marcus to express that this was not a temperature issue and was told that I must have picked something up on the way home. I filled the tires and went to a local tire shop. The left front tire had 2 patches that had to be replaced. Since the light remained on, I decided to look into purchasing new tires. During the balancing process of the new tires I purchased as a result of the condition of the ones I was sent home with, it was discovered that both front rims were bent. The shop sent a video showing how bent the rims were. For safety purposes, these rims were moved to the rear, 4 new tires were placed on the car, and the TPMS LIGHT finally went off. The vibration remains, only now it’s in the rear end instead of the front end. My biggest issue with this entire purchase is that this car is supposedly “CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED” and should have never left with tires/rims in this condition. I reached out to the General Sales Manager and was told if the tires had pieces missing the dealership would have replaced them. 99% of my miles are highway. I did not hit anything or pick anything up on my drive home. This all began prior to leaving the dealership. I have provided the balancing video and sent photos that clearly show pieces of rubber missing from the tires PRIOR to my leaving the dealership, however, the General Sales Manager continues to express that it must be the result of something that happened after the sale because they would have addressed these issues in certifying a preowned vehicle. If that is the case they would have filled all fluids prior to selling the vehicle. There was no windshield wiper fluid and the TPMS light was on, the tires had visible patches, which leads me to believe it must have been a hasty inspection. To this the manager had no comment. Peltier Subaru failed to investigate the issue with the tires, even though I mentioned it multiple times throughout the sales process. I have gone back and forth with multiple people at different levels in the dealership and keep getting the run around or no response back. No resolution has been reached. I am extremely disappointed in my purchase of this car. I would not recommend that anyone purchase from Peltier Subaru. If you want an honest and wonderful buying experience, make the drive to Hiley Subaru of Fort Worth. Ask for Andy – he sold us our 2022 Subaru Ascent. You will have the best buying experience with them and when you reach out, they will be sure to get back in contact with you and check or assist with any concern you might have. More

Marcus would receive a rating of four Stars as the best salesperson I have experienced in purchasing a car. Marcus worked with me for several months before I made my purchase, during this time he was patience, thoughtful, honest and ethical all while maintaining a sense of humor.
