She took the time to help me get into a new civic that I adore. She showed me every single function of the car from front to back. What a great car buying experience. I have never had such a smooth process. This dealership has gained a forever customer. The attention to detail is above what any other dealership has. These folks at John Eagle know what is important to the buyer. Currently having a leather installation on my new civic. This morning as promised my loaner was ready, Marcus Yates had great customer service to offer before the sun was even in full shine. I thank you all for a fantastic car buying experience. More
