We purchased a 2015 RX 350 which died on the ay to MI very shortly after we took delivery. They helped us to get the vehicle towed to the dealership. Per dealership the vehicle needed LEXUS TECH to resol very shortly after we took delivery. They helped us to get the vehicle towed to the dealership. Per dealership the vehicle needed LEXUS TECH to resolve the issue - their senior techs were not able to identify the problem. We went to IL from Michigan to pick up this car - hence we were very tense, angry and confused at the same time as we had traded our old HONDA Pilot and had no way of getting back to MI. Luckily we were still in IL when this happened. The dealerships general manager Kevin and Marek (Sales) were very helpful in finding another RX 350 with similar upgrade and mileage and making us comfortable. Mike Bannos was great in voiding the old transactions and BoA loan and creatine new set of paperwork BoA loan, registration and all. . Appreciate all the help in getting resolve a complex critical situation which probably was not in anyone's control. We are so far happy with the dealership and with the vehicle.
