They are reliably dependable, extremely comfortable and will go places I don't even want to go anymore and more importantly get you back home. The service my family and I have received from the service department to the sales staff and top management has always been above and beyond what I expected. No problem is too small for them to help solve...a rarity in today's business world. The new Jeep, Chrysler and Fiat products are stunning. The quality is exceptional, the value is unmatched and they are as energy efficient or even more so than the competition. I'm counting the days until Fiat brings in the new Alpha Romeo. I would highly recommend them for any vehicle purchase. I have bought both used and new cars/trucks and have always been more than pleased with their attention to detail, my price range and the service I have received from the extended warranties (saving me a bundle) to the regular maintenance with service vehicle provided. My vehicle is basically my mobile office spending hours showing clients homes, land, farms etc. It's imperative that I have the "right stuff" every day or it could cost me thousands of dollars in lost commissions. I live more than 100 miles away from this dealership. In fact, there are at least 4 jeep dealerships in my city that I am aware of (Hall, Southern, Starr, Greenbrier all in Tidewater). One of my best friends is the major Ford dealer in the area as well; however, I wanted a very specific Jeep Wrangler. I went to the local Jeep Dealership and told a very nice salesman the specifics, met the manager, test drove the manager's jeep and was ready to purchase (and price was not an issue, I was ready to buy no matter what they quoted me). They told me they would call me with a quote once they had priced the custom package I was looking for (Black, 4 dr unlimited sport s wrangler, automatic, leather seats, 2.5" spacer lift and 35" tires with a soft top or dual top). A week went by and I never heard a word. Meanwhile, a friend of mine asked how my car shopping was going as he knew my car had been a total loss in a recent flood in the area. I told him my story, and he said you should call my friend Jimmy Whitten in Richmond. I left a message at the dealership stating we had a mutual friend and what I was looking for. Within one hour, Mr. Whitten had called me back, in the middle of a fishing trip he was on no less!!!! I gave him the info and within another 20 minutes, he had a salesperson, Margaret Hall contact me. She was fantastic and provided me with 3 different options for my customized request. While I did have to wait for the 2013 to be fabricated, I am now driving my dream car and have never been happier. I will easliy drive the 2 hours to this dealership for all service and most likely for future purchases (I guarantee I will buy another Jeep from them in my lifetime). Price may sell some people but the friendly service, follow through, and honest nature of these people have me sold; and I got a fantastic deal anyway. I would have paid more, but don't tell them that! More

We have purchased 2 Mazda's CX9's, one in 2010 which was totalled in an accident and another replacement CX9 in 2012. We also leased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler all with Margaret Hall's assistance. Tried several places looking for a new Wrangler Unlimited. Most places told me I could order from Jeep, but Margaret told me that if they didn't have what I wanted they could find it and get it. Looked at several and then told her the combo they wanted. The Whitten folks looked around in the area, found the one I wanted, and sent someone to get it. Within about two days, I was driving my new vehicle. Margaret even told me where I could go for any customization. The Whitten Advantage comes with the car and it is great - not just free inspections and oil changes, but they give me a car to drive while they do it. It is all included in the Advantage. Margaret was great to deal with, and answered every question I had. More
