I had the wonderful opportunity of meeting and interacting with : Margie McQuillen, Jay Thomas, & Jeff Mericle. All three were professional, friendly, understanding, helpful , displayed a good sense of humor, and engaging in a positive way! In the past, and not with MotorWorld, I have felt "pushed" by the Business Manager in their presentation of "extra's", and " rejected " when I made an oppositional choice. Jeff Mericle, Business Manager, presented me with information, allowed me to process this, and ultimately I made my decision without conflict. Outstanding! No pressure, great patience, very likeable, and not only willing to answer all my questions but was really informed about the vehicles. Hang onto this one Motorworld she's a gem! Greg Passon did the financing.....worked up the numbers exactly as we asked, was super organized and like Margie was engaged and gave us confidence we made a good deal with the right dealership.
