I had a glitch with my insurance and she helped me secure new insurance so I could take the car home that day!! I have never had anyone give such a comprehensive tour of the inside and outside of my car. She even helped me pair my phone and set all settings. I left feeling great about my new car!! More

UNTRUSTWORTHY SALESPEOPLE They have great customer service while they are trying to sell you a car but if you have a problem forget it. And they will tell you if you buy another Toyota you don't have to pay the disposition fee. Make sure they finance you through Toyota again or you will pay the fee. Also, no matter how friendly and nice your sales rep is, don't trust them and read all of your paperwork. I thought Motorworld was a solid dealership as I bought 3 vehicles from them but I was very wrong! More
