Just stay away from this dealership. They are not serious and don't know what they are doing. To begin with, nobody answers their phones, and it is difficult to schedule an appointmen They are not serious and don't know what they are doing. To begin with, nobody answers their phones, and it is difficult to schedule an appointment. I had to call five times, even trying every single advisor, until someone picked up the phone. The first time, the mechanic broke a guard under the van when it was being unloaded from the ramp. They did not fix it; I had to take it to another mechanic. The second time, and the last, they charged me twice for the same blind-spot problem. On May 6th 2025 , I dropped it off for service, and they said it was covered by the warranty; they gave me an invoice saying $0.00. Four days later, the message reappeared: blind spot unavailable, service required. I brought it back, and Nicole, the advisor, told me I had to pay the $216.75 for the deductible to have them look at the van. So I paid. It took them four days to fix it this time, then they asked me to pay again $216.75. They did not fix the van the first time; they just reset the system or disconnected the battery. They are not honest. This is a scam. More

Service team was super responsive when I drove my vehicle into the shop. I had a cup of coffee in the break room and before I knew it, everything was finished. Very difficult to get someone on the phone. The online appointments are only food to schedule an oil change or regular maintenance a month out. i just changed the battery on this jeep and now the vehicle is asking for a security code before it will start. i called this dealership (where I purchased the vehicle from) and I was told that I would vehicle is asking for a security code before it will start. i called this dealership (where I purchased the vehicle from) and I was told that I would have to have the vehicle towed in and that I would be charged a minimum of $500 dollars for a service call. This code was supposed to be proved to me by this dealership at the time of purchase. Its just a scam to generate a service call. Be aware. More
