Bought a certified used Jeep from this dealer and it ended up back in the shop twice within the first 3 weeks. They also charged me a $100 deductible for work that should have been resolved before selli ended up back in the shop twice within the first 3 weeks. Service dept is mismanaged. Kevin leahy doesn't answer his telephone and doesn't return calls if you leave a message. He is rude and dismissive of customer concerns. The used car manager, Wesley Mancias, is not to be trusted. They sold me a certified preowned truck with a headlight assembly that wasn't sealed prooerly so they had to order a replacement and 2 bent wheels. They are refusing to replace the wheels. When they were replacing the headlight assembly the technician caused $5000 in damage by denting and scratching the body panels and braking fasteners. More
