Service was frustrating, they didn't end up fixing everything I asked them to - one of those fixes being my doors lock! Someone ended up breaking into my vehicle in NY and I cant help but think what i everything I asked them to - one of those fixes being my doors lock! Someone ended up breaking into my vehicle in NY and I cant help but think what if RCDJ actually fixed my locks. I am not impressed by their time commitment either, they told me a date to bring in my van and then didn't tell me until the day of that I was going to have to bring it in the next day instead. That is why them get 1 star because there is a zero percent chance I would ever go back here. Hope this helps you avoid the xxxx I went through with these people. More

Purchased 3 cars over the years there between my wife and myself, wont ever again because of the service department. Last time I was there in Jan for appointment for air suspension problem. It took 5 days fo myself, wont ever again because of the service department. Last time I was there in Jan for appointment for air suspension problem. It took 5 days for them to even look at the truck, while i was told appointment doesnt mean it will be looked at same day. On fifth day I had to go in to request a manager because over the phone I was assured “truck is being worked on to find problem as we speak”. Meanwhile I was there and saw the truck in parking lot covered in snow from storm two days before. Manager I requested was named Maria and must be in customer complaint department, she apologized but said she was also told it was being worked on. I had to tell her she was being lied to then as I was. She then actually got the trucked looked at and diagnosed with cracked air line. Took another week to get the part in and finally fixed for total of 2 weeks. There were other times I called for updates that were also just ridiculous such as being told by maybe a secretary that “yeah I dont think truck is ready yet” when it wasnt even diagnosed yet and also when i called to see if the air line was in yet but was told “we cannot get updates on when a part will be in”. It is difficult to fully explain the frustration and just overall lack of care that I received here. Just not worth even giving them any kind of business anymore More

Service technician did not address my concern and referred me to contact the Director of Customer Relations. I then spoke with the Director and she indirectly named me an incompetent liar.
