Not satisfied at all with the service I received. It took 3 hours and several calls just to get someone to call me back to schedule an appointment to service a dead battery. The soonest they coul It took 3 hours and several calls just to get someone to call me back to schedule an appointment to service a dead battery. The soonest they could look at it was a week out and even then it was in the shop for 2 days to get it replaced. (Just to replace the battery!). On the day of the appointment, I was told ‘they may not get to look at it today because there are a lot of other cars that were towed in too’ which was not acceptable as I had a scheduled appointment I am still not clear if they did any further diagnosis to determine why a battery that was 2 1/2 years old suddenly died. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a return call to get more information on what, if anything, they tested. The customer service department has been generally unresponsive, does not pick up the phone or return calls. More
