Adrian Cruz was excellent. I did have to request a car wash which I thought might be included. He took it upon himself to get my car washed. I will definitely be back and request Adrian's service. Due to construction, the tent set up as a service lounge was too cold. The lady at the front desk in the parts area, told me to go into the dealership area which was perfect, I did have to call multiple times to get my service appointment. Even after leaving messages, no one called back. Once, I was connected to another customer! Perhaps due to holidays, it may have been due to short staffing, but not responding to a customer is not good. Perhaps some retraining is needed. More
