As I drove in I was greeted and asked how I could be served. This was a great first impression. He the called my service technician who also greeted me and asked how I could be served today. Maria is served. This was a great first impression. He the called my service technician who also greeted me and asked how I could be served today. Maria is always a pleasure to see when I come here because she provides excellent customer service. She made sure that I was comfortable in the customer lounge and stated that she would let me know when my car was done. It didn’t take more than 45 minutes and I was back on the road. Service like this is why I love that I purchased a Toyota. Maria would be a great representative for one of Fremont Toyota’s tv commercials. More
