I only stay with BMW because of Ms. Maria. Your drop off for service needs major improvement (I absolutely hate the process) but she (Ms. Maria) always calms me and helps get me going. Maria. All my immediate family members have Mercedes and there the service advisor meets you at the car, gets info and then you go to the counter for your loaner provided. Easy and super efficient. But again, Maria try's her best to make it a good experience and she's why I stay with bmw. More
