I made an appointment online for a basic oil change. This was my first time at this dealership. When I arrived I was informed that they do not take appointments for waiting even though I did it on t This was my first time at this dealership. I was told that the wait would be three hours which seemed very excessive for an oil change. Nonetheless, I waited as it took me about 40 minutes to drive to the dealership. It was also somewhat difficult to get what the service price would be.
