After 2 years the seats started My wife and I purchased a 2017 Rav4 and had "after market leather" seats installed by Kelly's Trim, a local company. After 2 years the seats started to show extensive wear and we spoke with Treasure Coast Toyota and also Kelly's trim. Kelly's trim told us they do not install "all" leather seats and the sides of the seats were vinyl. They offered to replace the seat cover with the same product. I spoke with Mr. Sandy Woods, the CEO of Treasure Coast Toyota/Lexus and he was very helpful in getting us into a new car at a very fair price due to the issues we had. Our service advisor Denise Reno was also very helpful in the process. Our sales representative Maria Tamitis and her manager Bill B. treated us with respect and understood the issues we were having. It's good to see a company stand behind the products they sell and service. More

It it wasn't for Maria Tamitas I would have left. I came in Sunday. Saw a 2018 Corolla looking for the price listed on your flier, which is what Got me there. Shady dealership I'm only giving treasure coast toyota 1 star because they are a Toyota dealership and do sell Toyotas as advertised. From the sales people, to managers and even the finance guys... ALL SHADY. My advise would be to take your purchase elsewhere. They don't keep there promises and add 1000's to your vehicle and try to hide it by keeping the "monthly payment" the same. Terrible... I wouldn't put it passed them to write their own positive reviews on here because YES they are that bad. They smile at you politely while trying to trick you the entire time. Absolutely ridiculous... I'll be writing Toyota corporate about them as well. More
