First time with this dealership and I will say that I was thoroughly impressed with the fact that even though there were simply maintenance items that needed to be taken care of on my car - Maria never tried thoroughly impressed with the fact that even though there were simply maintenance items that needed to be taken care of on my car - Maria never tried to sell me on any of them - even told me that she understood when I said I could get my husband to complete most of the items on the list. I have never felt more understood and heard at a dealership...and to top off the whole story - I did not purchase my Kia from this dealership...and I was in there for a recall item and so I never even spent a dime and they still treated me like I was their most important customer! More
