Not impressed at all. I purchased a 2023 Jeep Compass Trailhawk. It only has 16,000 miles and was a service vehicle for the dealer. I put $5000 down for down payment. I wa I purchased a 2023 Jeep Compass Trailhawk. It only has 16,000 miles and was a service vehicle for the dealer. I put $5000 down for down payment. I was trying to get my payment around $300 a month. With my down payment my monthly payment was $344. Salesman would not work with me to get my payment to $300 because they put the "lowest" price on there vehicles. So, whatever I bought it anyways. I have had it a month and have to take it in for service already. The auto start-stop function does not work and there is a transmission issue. I will update my experience after I take it in for it's service December 1st. They had to replace the transmission cooler and the actual transmission. It took a couple weeks. The only good thing is that I did get a loaner vehicle after a few days. The auto start/stop function still does not work, and according to them it worked when they tested it. Very odd as it has NEVER worked when I drive it and have driven it for a couple hours round trip. So, I have to bring it back in and pay the $170 diagnostic fee (which could be waived if it is a warranty issue) but they seem to think the batteries could be bad due to age and cold and that's about another $1,000 for both batteries. The vehicle is only 2 years old and the batteries could already be dead? Nice quality vehicles. Another issue, which I admit is my bad for not looking close enough when looking at the car before I bought it. After having it a couple days I noticed the muffler looked odd. When I got under the the car I could see that someone had backed into something pretty hard. The muffler is bent up along with the exhaust pipe and right under the bumper is bent. My bad for not noticing before but can't believe they would sell it like that. But now I have to pay to get it fixed. Then funny thing is I received an email asking for my contact information, yet no one contacted me. I will NEVER by from here again and probably will never buy another Jeep vehicle. More

7-9-2025 Husband wanted to trade his truck in and get me a new Durango with the Hemi. I have a 2020 that I love and everytime he drove it said “I love this car, it’s quick & holds the road well”. We went i a new Durango with the Hemi. I have a 2020 that I love and everytime he drove it said “I love this car, it’s quick & holds the road well”. We went in and talked to Rick Tavormina our regulars salesman. He had one on the lot that drove we drove, nothing like mine. Stiff suspension and seats aggressive tires, uncomfortable so told him no, we wanted one as good as the 2020. Rick called the next day and and wanted him to come look at one that he had coming in at 3pm. We went and the minute we sat in it husband and I smiled at each other and took it for a drive. Went back in and told Rick that it was perfect. A few more whistles and bells but great ride and comfortable. Went and picked it up and signed the papers and are really happy. We always go to Rick when we are looking for a new vehicle. After all this time he really does know what we want. Thank You Rick, you are the best Lil & Vern More
