Upon arrival at the dealership Norm asked how he could help us and within minutes we were in an RDX for a test drive. He answered all our questions with ease and is obviously very knowledgeable. Norm's clear and patient explanation of all the features and their operation was impressive and appreciated. Marianne Sullivan was on hand to help complete our paperwork. She was very efficient and personable and before we knew it we were driving home in our new Acura. Norm has followed up with to see if we have any questions and will be available if needed.
