We started paperwork and it was ready to be picked up 24hrs later. I was very happy when I went to pick it up... until I realized that my car seat for my 3 year old was a pretty tight fit in the Corolla. Again, Rick and Mariel were extremely helpful and accommodating in finding me another car. They weren't going to let me leave till I was completely satisfied!! I fell in love with the Camry and it was perfect for me and my family. Thanks again Rick and Mariel for your patience and EXCELLENT service!!!! More

Nice Smooth Transaction We had gone to another dealership and ended up walking out due to poor treatment. A couple weeks later, we decided to stop by Avondale Toyota mostly We had gone to another dealership and ended up walking out due to poor treatment. A couple weeks later, we decided to stop by Avondale Toyota mostly just to look around, not planning to buy anything. However we ended up speaking with Maribel and she just talked with us, no pressure, showed us some trucks and she could tell we weren't sure. We didn't have our trade with us during this initial visit so she said just bring it back tomorrow and we'll take a look to see what we can give you. She said chances were they could give us more than the dealership we walked out of a couple weeks prior. We came home and about an hour later decided to go ahead and go back in to see what we could get. After a little negotiation between ourselves and Maribel and her boss, we came to a figure that we could all agree on and it was in fact more than the previous dealer had quoted us by a few thousand. Unfortunately the truck we wanted seems to be a hot commodity so there wasn't a lot to choose from but there was one model we liked so we settled in and got the process going. A couple hours later we drove off with our truck. Most of that time was myself deciding whether or not I wanted to buy it. Maribel was off hours earlier but she stuck around and saw us through until the finish. One thing that I particularly enjoyed was no handoff from sales to finance. Maribel handled the entire thing start to finish. Greatly appreciated! She even gave us a tip on a place to visit in AZ! If we have need of another vehicle in the near future we would definitely go see what she has on the lot and recommend anyone else do the same. More
