My problem is with the treatment and suspect actions of the finance people. Went in expecting a 3.99 rate for finance, and when we got home we saw it was 5.49. The sales manager I spoke to simply played it off by saying, she explained it to you. UH no she did not! You think I am not going to remember that the rate went from 3.99 to 5.49? In the grand scheme of things, it may not appear to be much, but when it comes to trust, it is HUGE. I frankly do not know if I would send a friend to this dealership to purchase, maybe to peruse but be careful. More
