2017 Buick Verano Purchase Sales Manager Joe Genna was courteous and direct with discussing the deal. The salesperson Maricruz Roman delivered the 2017 Buick Verano with the pre Sales Manager Joe Genna was courteous and direct with discussing the deal. The salesperson Maricruz Roman delivered the 2017 Buick Verano with the precision of a surgeon. She was both patient and helpful in covering the pertinent details of the car for my wife, and she set up the Bluetooth on my wife's phone. Oscar handled the computer transfer of the Onstar switchover and arranged the rebate for the extended warranty on our traded car. Daniel closed the deal with the paperwork (many pages). Many thanks to all of you who put us into new wheels. More

Wow! Got exactly what we wanted for what we could afford. We were looking for a specific color Envision with a specific list of options. Castle did not have the color I wanted, however Rudy found exactly wha We were looking for a specific color Envision with a specific list of options. Castle did not have the color I wanted, however Rudy found exactly what I wanted right away. We even wanted the color matched running boards that are not yet available However they made it happen by custom painting a different color. The Castle team did everything expected and the vehicle price was within my budget and what I was expecting to pay. Great deal, great experience, and that's the reason why this is my second new vehicle purchase from Castle! More

Happy with Castle I had a wonderful and positive experience buying my car-was able to take it home for the weekend before purchasing. All were very professional and friendly (not the experience that I had with other different dealerships, especially at the upper level) This was a hard deal to make because I was on a tight budget!, and I had missed out on all or most of the big discount deals because I was too late in the Month. but the Castle team made it work!
