I went to test drive the one I liked and James provided a professional, low pressure sales experience. His service from test drive through closing the deal was the best experience I've had buying a car. And then after the sale James went above and beyond by spending time explaining all the technological features of my new Explorer, syncing my phone, setting up the FordPass app, etc. Overall a great experience.
