Sending me a grill doesn't solve the problem, why would I have to foot the bill for labor somewhere else when I bought the vehicle with the damaged grill at Tasca ? Is this what customers who buy vehicle's with hidden damage have to go through, I honestly am deciding whether or not to file a discrimination complaint against your dealership, because I was in and out of your dealership for approximately 4 days after the purchase of my vehicle, and I certainly didn't witness your employees treating other non colored people with the unprofessionalism that I was shown. Even though I know that I'm just one person in the grand scheme of things, I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from your dealership. I would most definitely share my horror story with them, and suggest that they look elsewhere. What an unprofessional experience you've shown me. I can only imagine how many other people you've treated with the same unprofessionalism and unethical practices.
