From my first inquiry text to this past weekend when I had a few questions, James has been friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. During the purchase process James had a direct and respectful negotiation style which was truly refreshing compared to my other car buying experiences. I won't hesitate in recommending him and Alan Webb Mazda to friends and family! Honorable mentions also go to Bryson for being just as friendly and helpful as James but with a longer beard ;), Martha and Max, the sales managers who's mentorship appears to be top notch and CJ in Finance who helped me out with an additional trip permit on a busy Friday.
