SOLD ME A TRUCK THAT HAD BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT I purchased a used Silverado on 6-1-2017. The car fax on the truck was "clean" when I purchased the truck. 3 months later, the roof started to leak an I purchased a used Silverado on 6-1-2017. The car fax on the truck was "clean" when I purchased the truck. 3 months later, the roof started to leak and took it to my local dealer for repair. They told me they would not repair it because it had been in an accident and they cannot be sure if the leak was from the repairs or from a defective manufacturer part. I called Mario who sold me the truck about it and had to drive to New Smyrna Beach Chevrolet multiple times to get it fixed. After complaining about the truck being in an accident and not being told, all of the sudden they told me that there was in fact an accident reported on the carfax. They will not return my calls and would not even respond to the BBB complaint I filed against them. I had to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Florida Attorney Generals office concerning this issue. More

The sales manager was great to work with, giving me a fair trade in value, allowing me to pay off the loan on my previous auto. The financial manager was awesome also, did not pressure me about things I did not want to purchase. Overall experience, I would rate the team as a 10 on a scale of 1-10. More
