In September I got an email stating that „my search for an A 4 Allroad had expired“. After not getting an initial reply to an email to Audi San Diego, I complained to Audi USA. After that, service became excellent. Someone called me immediately (Robert Simmet), listened to my requests and concerns, offered and gave help very well. He found an A 4 to my specifications within a week. When picking up my car, everyone was again exemplary in friendliness, responsiveness and efficiency, both in sales (Mario, Robert) and financial (Dan). I can‘t remember what Patrick helped me with, but remember him as friendly and helpful as the others. So, after initial disappointment, my opinion of Audi San Diego is very positive. More

Worked with both Don Bragg and Mario Chabayta on the sales side, and I can easily say they were both some of the best sales people I have dealt with in the last 25 years buying cars. My wife and I had some pretty defined expectations in what we were looking for, and both Don and Mario had the patience to work through all of them. In the end, we got the car we wanted at a price we felt was fair. The Finance experience with Dan Chappelle was equally pleasing, no hard sell on anything, just facts on whats available and value of selecting them or not. Overall, I definitely will be purchasing my next Audi here, and would highly recommend working with Don and Mario if you need an Audi. More
