Really happy!! Our experience in viewing, test driving and negotiating a purchase of our TT was great. Mario was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. There was none of the high blood pressure anxiety we have experienced in previous car purchases. It felt like we were all on the same page and completely honest. The same was true in the financing in that there was no hard sell for items we felt we didn't need and again, it was all very reasonable and transparent. Thanks!! More

Outstanding Support Internet Purchase Great experience purchasing my Audi Q7 from this dealership. I live in Florida, but searched nationwide using Cargurus for this particular vehicle. It Great experience purchasing my Audi Q7 from this dealership. I live in Florida, but searched nationwide using Cargurus for this particular vehicle. It had all the options I was looking for (fully loaded) at a price that was competitive nation wide. The customer support provided by Mario Chabayta was outstanding. I flew a friend into San Diego to test drive the Q7. My friend said it was the most comprehensive test drive he's ever experience. Mario covered all the technology features as well as the drive and performance characteristics of the Q7. Mario also answered all my questions and was always available, even after hours. He made me completely comfortable purchasing the vehicle from 2000 miles away. Rosalina Caballero provided equal superior customer support in finance. She was very friendly and efficient. The notary process with the paperwork was easy and Rosalina did all the leg work with my bank to wrap up the deal. The car was shipped out and I received it a week later. As Mario promised, the vehicle was in mint condition. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. More
