No. Not awesome I purchased my car on Labor Day weekend and still haven’t received my second key. My battery died and the car needed to be towed to the dealership. No I purchased my car on Labor Day weekend and still haven’t received my second key. My battery died and the car needed to be towed to the dealership. No one called me regarding the car so I followed up to find out the status. When I arrived there are multiple service desks but no one to greet you to identify your need. They could not locate my car so I had to walk around to find it. On my way home the seatbelt light and bell went off several times without cause. Not a mechanic but maybe there is an electronic malfunction draining the battery..... I expected more from a certified pre-owned Audi vehicle. I’ve had service packages with Lexus, Toyota and Kia over the years and this dealership can learn from their customer service and organization standards. I will go to another dealership in the future. More

A4 lease I had a good experience. The facilities are excellent and I was treated respectfully. I was able to finish a transaction within 4-5 hours (over two vi I had a good experience.
