Waited 30 minutes to get checked in.
....then no updates on my car for 2 days. Told in report that the service tech found no issues with my CarPlay using HIS PHONE AND HIS CABLE. picked u

Told in report that the service tech found no issues with my CarPlay using HIS PHONE AND HIS CABLE. picked up car with NO CARPLAY at all (brought in working sporadically) and more importantly - NO ONE TRYING TO HELP ME GET MY CARPLAY WORKING......insane! Telling me the tech's phone and cord worked, but not helping me to get my phone and cord to work is just plain STUPID. Now I have ZERO CarPlay! and this is why I gave 1 star - this is the opposite of customer service. Call me please!
