They stayed in contact about my need to schedule the appt, about the upcoming appt once it was scheduled, and about when to come back and get my car once I dropped it off. They were polite, professiona appt, about the upcoming appt once it was scheduled, and about when to come back and get my car once I dropped it off. They were polite, professional and efficient, while I was at the dealership. It was generous for them to provide me with a Lyft home. I just wish that they could narrow the window for them having the car so I could just wait in the dealership for the service to be completed rather than going back home (which takes about a half hour) and returning later (which takes at least a half hour----this is WEST LOS ANGELES/405 FWY TRAFFIC). I dropped my car off at 11:00 a.m. and was called to pick it up at 4:00 p.m. I know they are trying to manage the flow of customers and cars but my entire day was disrupted for a an oil change and tire rotation that couldn't have taken more than 30 minutes. I would rather sit in the showroom and work on my laptop for 3 hours than go home and have to return to the dealership at rush hour. P.S. Because I live further than 4 miles from the dealership, they generously allowed me to use the Lyft service one way. I still had to find a ride, however, for my return trip, which also disrupted that person's day. If I had instead ordered a Lyft, it probably would have cost me at least $20.00 to obtain the "free" service provided under my maintenance contract. The next closest Mazda dealership is 50 miles from my home. More

I never come in with an appointment cause my schedule is crazy and I usually do car stuff last min when I have time just pop up, or when I have an emergency like this last time. But Miguel always helps me o crazy and I usually do car stuff last min when I have time just pop up, or when I have an emergency like this last time. But Miguel always helps me out and gets my car in! I’m always ok with waiting a few days as long as I have a loaner and they always find me a car, whether it’s on them or whether it’s a cheap price! Love it there. More
