I came in having done several months of research on the Civic my wife and I ended up buying, and also watching a lot of those "How to get the best deal at the dealership" YouTube videos. I feel that neither Randy, nor our Sales Manager Mario, ever tried to push anything on us or tried to take advantage of us in any way. It truly think they had our interests in mind and wanted us to leave happy customers that felt well cared for, which we definitely did. Millennium Honda is a busy, hectic dealership, so I suggest you schedule appointments in advance, and if you can, do some of the work over the phone or email. Our in-person experience, while always a little hectic because of the volume of business Millennium does, was quite positive, though. More
