I came in having done several months of research on the Civic my wife and I ended up buying, and also watching a lot of those "How to get the best deal at the dealership" YouTube videos. I feel that neither Randy, nor our Sales Manager Mario, ever tried to push anything on us or tried to take advantage of us in any way. It truly think they had our interests in mind and wanted us to leave happy customers that felt well cared for, which we definitely did. Millennium Honda is a busy, hectic dealership, so I suggest you schedule appointments in advance, and if you can, do some of the work over the phone or email. Our in-person experience, while always a little hectic because of the volume of business Millennium does, was quite positive, though. More

Before I went to them, I called them that I hate spending so much time which normally took place for all my previous car purchases at other places. Bill who took my phone call promised me the swift service. He delivered the service as promised. Adeleke was the best salesman I ever imagined. Normally a car salesman means a crook, dodging and always trying to jip you. Adeleke was quick, to the point, explained everything, offered me all options and sensed what I wanted and how far I will go. He convinced me to buy one level high honda civic than what we went to buy originally and for which I am so happy with the decision. Mathew, the manager was equally cooperating, understanding and caring. They closed the deal very professionally and in timely manner.
